Hi CW fellows

I am training a lot to be a qrq op, and Now just beyond 40 wpm in sending.

I am used to use dit and dah memory keyer iambic b , but do you Think it Will harm me When getting higher in speed.

Have heard that dit and dah memory is not good for qrq - what do you Think ?

Best regards

Well... just abt two weeks ago I made an accu-keyer (old construtcion but I liked that timing) and... converted to its iambic B. The impossible became possible. I did it, thanks God! because I see it has much more capabilities. Sometimes there was a problem with some leters and words using iambic A Curtis (MFJ-401B) in 50 and above so I was quite desperated..

Look after me on 7022 or 3552 khz, so we Can go qrq with our accu keyers..

Hi Jalmar,

I know Dick's great touch paddles schematic but I made similar to that one: "http://www.m0ukd.com/homebrew/capacitive-cw-touch-key-circuits". Just added trimers to controle sensitivity and changed C1, C2 values. It works great up to abt 40-45 wpm but above it it's a little uncomfortable to me. But... I've got a N3ZN great magnetic paddles and I'm really happy with it.

Will look after You on qrg, see You :)

Wow, men.. More than a week ago I made a Nanokeyer with its super cmos keyer timing and this is it!

And this keyer is a great machine. Also work with all winkey supported programs if You wish.

You know it for shure but a link is http://blog.radioartisan.com/arduino-cw-keyer/

And I came back to my touch padles as well.. (however N3ZN are still great ones!!)

I never used a dit/dash memory - did never learned it and got up to 60 WpM with my Bencher and a simple HighSpeedElectronic. Never used a keyboard for it is not a real CW feeling :) But looking to the videos it seems a real phantastic area for doing again QRQ - today I have to much to do with YL and QRL :(
