Full-QSK when using the TS-590S transceiver only. When using the amp (SPE Expert 1k-FA) Full-QSK is not possible; but timing is set such that I may hear between words.

Headphones including a volume regulator. That allows to optimize the readability of code during sending and receiving.

Listening to continuous texts (ebooks) or QSOs seems to be the most efficient way to improve proficiency.
For training sending, I am using a pleasant monitor tone of the sineCW60 plugin
