What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

A long time ago relied on "Super Morse" which got me up to 22 WPM for the Extra. Now use the Morse Tutor instrument by W8BH. It's a great learning machine and has versatile program options including ability to download and run Project Gutenberg Novels which are great for head-copying. Its perfect for my needs at the present time.
