How many years have you been performing QRQ CW: 40+ years starting in 1968 when I got a Hallicrafters TO keyer and started down the path.

What speed do you like to run QRQ CW: 60 or so but I am slowing down and need practice

Your favorite key, paddle or bug: ZN single paddle

Your favorite cw keyboard: K1EL 45 and usb keyboard

Your favorite cw sending software: None

Your Rig, Antenna and RF Power: IC7300 to ICOM folded dipole 100W

Your QSK preferences: full QSK

Your favorite headphones or speakers for listening to cw: Use the 7300 speaker usually but Sony phones when need them

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw: On the air QSO. Listening to QRQ QSO and recordings
