I have been above 25 wpm for 30 years but want to improve above 35 + wpm

35 to 40 my best receive speed is 46 wpm but have trouble above that

have only used a paddle ,Bug , plan on a future interface but need improvement on typing skills first

QSK only when running 100 watts or less

I use Bose headphones and Hy-gain amplified speakers when now wearing Cans

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

I have been training with QRQ using call sign database ,
sending so far has been non assisted using paddle but only to 35 wpm and below ,above that to many errors "plan to use assisted software in future to improve speed .....
