Ten Tec Eagle, 85 watts. A great CW rig, without a lot of bells and whistles, a great receiver.
92 foot ZS6BKW Up 45 ft. Works great.

Your QSK preferences
Use semi breaking with a short delay, about the length of a word. I can still hear the band by taking a short pause and listen.
I turn my RF gain back until the band is quiet (at least 12 o'clock on the eagle) and it becomes armchair copy in most situations.
Your favorite headphones or speakers for listening to cw
Very old 5" external speaker in a perfboard box. Sounds good
Kenwood HS-5 earphones, blocks out sound in the room
Cheap headset, very light
What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw
I made mp3's for my practice of the most common words and QSO's 25, 30, 35 and a 40 using G4FON software. I used 15 wpm spacing to hear the words at higher speeds
