I'm not a KB sender, mostly because I don't trust my crippled fingers and their typing skills. I have used CWTYPE with some success but that's about it.

Your Rig, Antenna and RF Power

The current pic of my shack that I have on my QRZ page is not accurate. I do still have most of the TenTec gear but they need PTO's rebuilt and can't be PC controlled or integrate with my logging program so the IC-7300 is what I use these days. Antenna are dipoles and tribander. Also a small amp,500w.

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

Listening to AD0WE Kurt's morse code ninja website and the youtube files he has generated. Also use morse.camp website. I use word list files. The single greatest thing that to date works best for me is when I do some kind of intentional CW practice 3 times a day, whether its getting on the air, listening on the air, of listening to audio files. Not saying this is the best way, but I do need to carve out the time for regular practice sessions. Thats when I seem to improve the most.
