I see you too have an Elecraft Rig...been quite a few of those reported with the new members. I used to have a K2 myself and enjoyed building it and running it.
I see that you are using cwTYPE for your sending software. Have you tried and tested FLdigi yet ? FLdigi has better morse code element timing and is not subject to the cw spacing errors that cwTYPE seems to produce while sending on windows computers.
