N0HFF's book: The Art and Skill of Radio Telegraphy (2002); TXT-File for conversion to Morse Code audio

Major parts of the book The Art and Skill of Radio Telegraphy by William G Pierpont, N0HFF (2002), have been massively edited (first by Chuck, W5UXH, then by myself) in a way that, when converted to Morse Code audio by ebook2CW or a similar tool, the audio file provides a pleasant flow of Morse Code. Just  like in a real–world conversational QSO.The according UTF-8 encoded txt–file is available as archive N0HFF-ASRT-2002-edited-UTF-8.zip:              …See More

How many years have you been performing QRQ CW
Four years
What speed do you like to run QRQ CW
Presently 45 wpm; increasing by present training.
Your favorite key, paddle or bug
Schurr Profi 2 dual-lever paddle
Your favorite cw keyboard
No cw keyboard used so far. I think I'll use one as soon as I can no longer send code accurately using a paddle.
Your favorite cw sending software
Not used so far
Your Rig, Antenna and RF Power
TS-590S,SPE Expert 1k-FA, X7 beam, up to 1 kW.
(Rig at club station DK0SU as shown on my QRZ.COM page)
Your QSK preferences
Full-QSK when using the TS-590S transceiver only. When using the amp (SPE Expert 1k-FA) Full-QSK is not possible; but timing is set such that I may hear between words.
Your favorite headphones or speakers for listening to cw
Headphones including a volume regulator. That allows to optimize the readability of code during sending and receiving.
What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw
https://www.qsl.net/df7tv/morse-code-training.html

Listening to continuous texts (ebooks) or QSOs seems to be the most efficient way to improve proficiency.

For training sending, I am using a pleasant monitor tone of the sineCW60 plugin
