Antenna. I live in an apartment so prefer portable ops. That said, I dangle a 11mtr wire out of my office window along a 7mtr fibre glass mast in horizontal plane with the rest hanging down, giving me an upside down inverted 'L'. Not great but I get out!!
For portable ops I generally go to the coast (about 15 mins drive from here in Alicante) and erect my DX commander mutiband vertical, this does great job!!

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw
I listen to short stories downloaded from the internet and and converted using ebook2cw- I do a minimum of 30 mins listening daily.
Sending, I send books in both Spanish and English. Also I practice QSO´s and Ragchewing by sending yesterday´s happenings to myself as if in conversation. I´ve been using the decoder in my radio to check my spacing after finding out that my sending left a little to be desired!! I practice sending around 1.5 hrs daily.
I also use Morserunner and RufzXP as Contest prep. I´m an active CWops member and participate in the weekly CWT´s
