I am reading your book all the way through for the 2nd time...it's a great help and inspiration for all those aspiring to excel in their cw endeavors.  I think it is especially suited to the younger generation of ops such as myself (age 36) to whom it provides a very unique perspective.  You have succeeded in unifying the wisdom of multiple disciplines and philosophies and applying this to the skill of radio telegraphy.  FB for providing examples of why it is necessary to bring both the body and mind to their peak before stepping up to the challenge of meeting and surpassing one's cw goals.  The calm positive visualizations of yoga are combined with the time honored logical practicality of constant practice to achieve the ultimate synthesis required for QRQ success.  You have done a great service toward providing that CW has a future for years to come.  Looking forward to your next book.  ;)
