TRAINING METHODS FOR INCREASING QRQ CW COPY

I have two methods that have helped me greatly:

1. Converting ascii text files to cw audio and recording them
onto a variable speed tape deck. Using the review button to
repeat difficult to copy words slowing the speed down
if necessary and then bring the speed back up...

2. Using the RUFZ software in training mode to send
word lists from the 3000 most common English words.
