After a gap of 30 years in operation I am trying to get back up to speed. I have been somewhat active for the last 6 years when conditions permit.

20 for now but working on 25 - 30.

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

So far, ,listening to 1000 most common words using smart phone app. I need a more consistent interactive environment, so I am looking at QRQcw.
