That depends on how you define QRQ CW. I've been a high speed CW operator since I was a novice back in the early 70's.

What speed do you like to run QRQ CW

What I presently call QRQ CW is a snail's pace compared to the speeds many folks in this group run. I'm comfortable in the 40-50 WPM range right now, but hope to some day increase this to 60 WPM and higher.

What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

Still investigating ways to improve my sending and receiving ability. I should be ok for sending with my keyboard but receiving is going to be where I need most improvement. After a 22 year CW intercept career in the Army in the up to 50 WPM or so, I hope to move up the receiving speed ladder.
