What has been your most effective way of training practice, to copy and send qrq cw

using the hamcube for practice cw sending and copying
also using the cw game on it.(sort of tetris),
and Fabians QrQ program ,
n1mm with mrunner or dxlog.net with mrunner,
listening on 7025 and 7036 Khz verry fast German CW ops
