NOTE: this TWIN-T circuit has an adjustable RISE and FALL time... to get the pulled bow waveshape, the FALL time is about 1 to 2(or so) ms longer than the rise time...which when combined with the GLAME BANDPASS FILTER creates the PULLED BOW waveshape
